| Frequently Asked Questions for Consignors and Shoppers: Consignors: 1. Why should I consign? To make some money selling outgrown clothing and toys your children no longer use. You will also be invited to attend the pre-show before the general public to shop. 2. How much can I make? 65% to 75% of everything that sells! 3. How can I make more money than 65%? Volunteer or if you refer 3 people to become consignors, you will receive a $20 gift certificate to shop the Pre-Sale. 4. Is there a registration fee to consign? Yes. One time fee of $6.00 to be paid for when you register to consign by PayPal. 5. How do I register to consign? Click the CONSIGNORS tab and it will lead you through to REGISTRATION/LOGIN. 6. Do I actually sell my items myself? No. Just bring your items to the show on CHECK-IN day, sign in, and wait for the check in the mail. 7. What can I consign? New and gently used seasonal children's clothing Girls (Sizes 0-16) and Junior's clothing Boys (Sizes 0-16) Maternity - limit of 10 items per consignor Toys, games, videos, children's furniture, baby accessories, outdoor play equipment and much, much more. Click the CONSIGNORS tab for more detailed information. 8. What kind of tags do I use? When you register to consign you will be asked to use the Bar coding software provided. Simply input your information about each item - and print. This is a much faster way of tagging and the only way we can track your sales during the show. 9. Why would I volunteer? The show will not run as efficiently without your help. It's simple and a lot of fun. You will be privileged to be the first to shop at the "Volunteer Pre-Show" and get that opportunity to grab the best stuff first. 10. When is the show and how do I get there? Click the SCHEDULES/CALENDAR tab for dates and times as well as directions. 11. Are there any discount days during the sale? On the last day, some of our consignors will be letting their merchandise sell for 50% off!!!!!!!! 12. What happens to my items that don't sell at the show? You may choose to Donate the items to local charities we have chosen, or you can come back on the Monda following the show's completion to pick them up. 13. How can I transfer items over from a "previous" Sale with KidZ Exchange.com? Go to www.kidzexchange.com A. Click "Sellers enter here" B. Enter your ID and Password C. Click "Manage Inventory" D. Click "Items not sold only" E. Click on the last show that has the items you are wanting to transfer from F. Click "Generate items list" G. Check "All" or the items that apply to the season! H. Under Items transfer "Click the KidZexchange.com Sale in which you are wanting to transfer from. I. Lastly, click "Transfer items to: whichever show we are hosting. You're done...easy as 1,2,3! 14. How can I transfer items over from a "different" Sale than KidZ Exchange.com that uses "Myconsignmentmanager software? Go to www.myconsignmentmanager.com A. Click "Sellers enter here" B. Enter your ID and Password C. Click "Manage Inventory" D. Click "Items not sold only" E. Click on the last show that has the items you are wanting to transfer from F. Click "Generate items list" G. Check "All" or the items that apply to the season! H. Click "Please select a consignment "Click the KidZexchange .com Sale in which you are wanting to transfer from or any other show that you have participated in. I. Lastly, click "Transfer items to: whichever show we are hosting. You're done...easy as 1,2,3! 15. Do I have to "Donate" or "Discount" my items that do not sell at the Sale? No and no. You can always transfer items to the next Sale may want to retrieve them and change the price later on. After all, you did spend some time getting everything ready. If once you don't succeed, try, try again. Shoppers: 1. What's at a KidZ exchange.com children's consignment Sale? What's not at the Sale? We have high quality new and gently used children's clothing as well as maternity items, tons and tons of indoor and outdoor toys and play equipment. electronics galore, books, games, strollers, cribs, furniture and the list goes on. 2. When and where is the latest KidZ exchange show? Click the SCHEDULES/CALENDAR tab for dates and times as well as directions. 3. What methods of payment do you accept? Cash, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. (No personal checks accepted.) 4. Do you have baskets or carts for merchandise? No. Most people bring a laundry basket or box for carrying around. You can tie a rope to it and tow it around. 5. Can I bring my children to the show? Yes. Please be aware that it will be very busy. Just keep an eye on them at all times. 6. What if I purchase a large item that I can not transport home right away? No problem. We'll hold onto it for you until you can come back with your 18 wheeler. |
